Terms of Service

SkateReward (“SkateReward,” “we,” “us”) operates a platform where viewers unlock skater video parts with credits, fund bounty challenges, and skaters receive payouts. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in some regions).
• You're responsible for activity under your account, including credit purchases and uploads.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform, infringe rights, or violate these Terms.

Credits are a digital balance used to unlock video parts and tip skaters. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and non-refundable except where required by law. Once a video is unlocked, you retain access to it for as long as it remains available on the platform.

We may adjust credit pricing, unlock costs, or promotional grants at any time, but changes won't affect content you've already unlocked.

Bounties are community-funded challenges. Funds donated to a bounty are non-refundable once the bounty enters voting. The winner is determined by community voting and platform moderation; the prize is paid out via the skater's connected payout account, less platform fees and applicable processor fees.

Registered skaters can earn from unlocks, tips, and bounties. Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect; you must complete onboarding and accept Stripe's terms before receiving funds. We hold a platform fee on each transaction; the current schedule is [fee disclosure].

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading you grant SkateReward a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, stream, and promote your content on the platform.

• No infringing, illegal, or non-consensual content.
• No harassment, hate speech, or doxxing.
• No fraud, chargebacks-as-policy, or vote manipulation.
• No automated scraping of the API or video assets.

The platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkateReward disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
